History of Zeal Appeal

Overview

Zeal Appeal is a Season of Defiance triumph required for Queensguard. Acquire 100 Favors of Zeal in the season's qualifying activities. These pickups improve grenade regeneration.

Original completion

Unlock Exemplar of Zeal at the War Table in the H.E.L.M.. Enter Defiant Battlegrounds or the qualifying seasonal NODE.OVRD.AVALON activity and use Heavy-ammo weapons to defeat enemies, creating a chance for Favors of Zeal to drop. Collect the dropped favors, including those made by teammates, until the counter reaches 100.

Wearing Unyielding Favor armor improves favor generation. The objective tracks acquired pickups; making one appear without collecting it does not replace the acquisition requirement. Favor of Grace and Favor of Justice are different pickup types and do not substitute for Zeal.

The original seasonal unlock route retired on 4 June 2024. NODE.OVRD.AVALON remains an Exotic mission, but its current mission availability does not restore the retired War Table upgrade path.
