ABHORRENT IMPERATIVE

Overview

ABHORRENT IMPERATIVE is the finale mission of Season of the Seraph, available from 14 February 2023 after the More Than a Weapon quest and Final Dawn. Launch it from the H.E.L.M. Solo or up to three players, on Legendary difficulty with power locked at 1350 (no over-leveling).

Encounters

Eramis, Kell of Darkness has found a backdoor into Seraph Station and will fire the Warsat network on the Traveler. Find an entrance, avoid the bombardment, fight Fallen (House of Salvation) and Hive (Xivu Arath's horde), defeat Eramis, reach the communications room and then the bridge, and install Rasputin's Pillory Engram while shield-wielding enemies interrupt the upload. A second boss is Ir Garza, Scourge of Earth, supported by a Shieldweaver Knight.

Rewards

No specific loot in the sources; it leads into the Traveler and Rasputin story beats before Destiny 2: Lightfall.
