A Hidden Death is a Triumph awarded for entering Mara Sov's throne world (objective: "Throne world discovered"). It is worth 40 triumph points.

The throne world is the setting of The Shattered Throne dungeon, a Forsaken activity in the Dreaming City. Entering it counts as discovering it.
Accounts differ on the route. One lists the location as the Queen's Court in the Dreaming City; another describes reaching it via an Oracle Engine / Ascendant route.
