Reset your Vanguard rank with Zavala, then reach rank 16 again. Ornaments unlock for every character on the account once earned.

Sunset notes

A 2023 guide said that once Season of the Witch ended, Malediction ornaments would move to the Exotic Kiosk in the Tower, costing Ascendant Shards and Glimmer. Check current availability before farming.
