History of Alaaks, the Beast Tamer

Overview

Alaaks, the Beast Tamer is a female Fallen Captain and Pirate Lord of the Old Crews who first appeared in Season of Plunder. She was known for taming Cabal War Beasts. Eramis hired her to hunt the Nezarec relics for the Witness, and she was the boss of Pirate Hideout: The Beast Tamer, her hideout in the asteroid 90 Antiope in the Themis Cluster.

Pirate Hideout fight

Alaaks starts behind a shield that a trio of War Beasts maintains, and Dregs and Vandals join the fight as reinforcements. At one-third health she summons three more War Beasts and regains her shield, and she repeats the summons in the final third. Once her pets are defeated she is vulnerable and can be finished off, after which the player claims the relic she carries.
