Ascendant Knight

Overview

The Ascendant Knight is a miniboss in Operation: Seraph's Shield, the Exotic mission of Season of the Seraph. It appears in the mission's Get Captured section, where damaging the Ether Tanks spawns the Knight along with many Fallen reinforcements from House Salvation.

Encounter

Damage the Knight until it becomes invincible, then clear the Fallen that spawn and damage it again. One guide calls it the toughest combat encounter in the mission apart from the final boss, recommends using your Heavy and Super, and names survivability as the main challenge.

The Knight returns in Escape the Ketch. It spawns a second time and locks you in a small room inside the decompression chamber. Killing the Knight lifts the lockdown, and its reinforcements despawn when it dies.
