History of Balthazar

Overview

Balthazar is an unpartnered Ghost who joined Peach for a Last City lecture on the Traveler. In the archived interview, he describes the Traveler as a mother figure and believes each Ghost was created for one destined Guardian; the entry presents this as his belief, not settled fact.
