History of Be a Hero

Overview

Throne World triumph from Destiny 2: The Witch Queen: complete every public event in Savathun's Throne World on Heroic difficulty. Listed as an extra Throne World triumph, not required for the Gumshoe title.

How to complete

Each public event has a hidden trigger that turns it Heroic. Do all three (the in-game objectives call them Heroic Ether Harvest, Heroic Hive Ritual and Heroic Resonant Destruction):

1. Stop the Ether Ritual (western Quagmire near the landing zone): defend against three Scorn waves ending in a Chieftain, then an Abomination boss. To go Heroic, shoot the white ether orbs flying toward the centre before they arrive. Auto rifles, pulse rifles and machine guns work best.
2. Witches' Ritual (Florescent Canal): stand on the plates to break the shields of the two Hive witches. After they die, keep standing on a plate; when the portals open, shoot the two crystals above them quickly. A boss spawns from the portal when Heroic triggers.
3. Ferry the Resonant Splinter (Quagmire courtyard and Miasma): pick up the orange Resonant Charge orbs dropped by enemies and throw them at the splinter (ADS/throw button). One source says about 5-6 charges are needed.
