Awarded for completing the Birthplace of the Vile strike on any difficulty (25 points).

Launch the Birthplace of the Vile strike from the Vanguard playlist or the Witch Queen campaign; it is a 1-3 player activity in Savathun's Throne World, recommended power 1510, about 10-15 minutes (ProGameTalk).
Follow the waypoint into the Dark City, clear the Scorn and activate Resonance Slabs (stay on them), fight to the Incubation Chamber, then defeat Heimiks, Warden of the Harvest in a no-respawn arena.
Tips: watch for Screebs in tight spaces, and when the boss teleports you, skip extras and head to the Portal Wardens.
Finally place Savathun's Worm on the incubator to finish.

Per Destinypedia the strike is part of The Witch Queen. Which seal this triumph counts toward is unconfirmed.
