History of Blind

Overview

Blind is an Arc debuff. Blinded combatants are disoriented and cannot fire their weapons. Opposing Guardians lose their HUD and have their vision obscured.

Against Unstoppable Champions, Blind stuns them.

The source used here does not say how long Blind lasts or which effects apply it.
