Block Party is a Gambit medal triumph (10 medals): as a team, have four Blockers at the enemy's bank at the same time.
How to complete
Blockers are sent by banking Motes at your own bank; each deposit tier summons a Blocker onto the opposing side's bank. Coordinate with your team to bank in quick succession so four Blockers are present at once. A harder sibling medal, Giant Block Party (four Giant Blockers), and the related medals Blockbuster and First to Block also exist.
