Bottom Dollar is a Legendary Aggressive-frame (120 RPM) Hand Cannon that deals Void damage. Its flavor text reads "Never count yourself out." Destinypedia says it was introduced in Season of the Chosen.

Shacknews says it has 12 perk options in each of its last two columns, including Killing Wind, Eye of the Storm, Rampage, Outlaw, Multikill Clip and Dragonfly. Its PvP pick is Polygonal Rifling, Steady Rounds, Killing Wind and Eye of the Storm, and its PvE pick is Smallbore, Tactical Mag, Outlaw and Multikill Clip. Destinypedia mentions Rapid-Hit with Rampage, or Feeding Frenzy with Dragonfly.
