Broken Deep Solo Expert

The The Broken Deep is a Lost Sector in The Impasse on the The Pale Heart, added with Destiny 2: The Final Shape. Reaching it: from the Impasse spawn, open the map and head south toward the Lost Sector icon, hop across the marked pillars, then follow the path past rusted vehicle skeletons upward; the entrance is on your right.

This triumph asks you to clear the sector on Expert difficulty without a fireteam. Expert has fewer modifiers than Master, so the same boss mechanic applies: destroy the floating splinters around the boss arena to drop its shield.

How to complete

1. Launch the Lost Sector solo from the The Impasse on the The Pale Heart on Expert difficulty.
2. Clear the Dread and Taken in the tight rooms and platforming sections; use an area-clear or add-clear weapon and keep a Super for the miniboss.
3. Break the boss shield via the splinters and finish it.

It is worth 5 points.
