History of Brya

Overview

Brya was the Ghost of the Guardian Eris Morn, a female Ghost from Earth. She was part of the First Crota fireteam alongside Eris, who was a Vanguard.

Hellmouth

Brya descended into the Hellmouth with Eris during the mission against Crota, Son of Oryx. When the fireteam faced Hive chanting, Brya urged Eris to ignore it and run. Realizing her Light would reveal Eris's position to the Hive, Brya drew the enemies away and told Eris not to look back. Her remains stayed in the Hellmouth and were later found in The Gatehouse. Eris carried her broken shell through the tunnels, and the loss deepened Eris's desire for vengeance against the Hive.

Lore

Destinypedia lists Brya as mentioned only in Season of the Witch and gives no detail on her role in that season.
