History of Caliban's Hand

Caliban's Hand are Exotic gauntlets for Hunters that boost the Proximity Knife melee of the Solar subclass.

Overview

Intrinsic perk Roast 'em: your Proximity Knife scorches targets hit by its explosions, or ignites targets on a final blow, and throwing it grants faster melee regeneration until it detonates. The Proximity Knife must be equipped as your melee. Shacknews suggests pairing it with Fusion Grenades and Solar fragments such as Ember of Torches (throw the knife to Scorch, then grenade to trigger Ignition).

Acquisition

• Solo Legend or Master Lost Sectors on days when the Exotic reward is for gauntlets.
• Exotic Engrams and Exotic Armor focusing with Master Rahool (the game lists focusing as its source).
