History of Capture and Control

Overview
Capture and Control is a Crucible triumph for Control: defeat two opponents with Zone Advantage within 10 seconds of capturing a zone. Progress is tracked as "Medals earned", so it appears to be awarded through an in-match medal for the feat; the exact medal name and the seal or category it belongs to were not confirmed by any page I could open (light.gg returns 403).
How to complete
- Zone Advantage means your team holds two of the three capture points. Per the D2 Wiki, each kill then gives your team +2 points instead of +1.
- Capture a zone that gives your team its second point, then immediately fight for two kills inside the 10 seconds that follow. Capturing takes roughly 10 seconds whatever the number of players, but more Guardians on the point make it faster.
- Do not push zones you cannot hold; you need to be the team that already controls two points when the capture finishes.
- Area-of-effect abilities such as seeker grenades keep enemies off a point and make the follow-up kills easier. Stay near the zone you just took, since enemies tend to contest it right away.
Notes
The sources describe Zone Advantage but not this specific triumph, so how the game tracks the 10-second window (for example, whether kills must be on the point) is unconfirmed.
