Charge of Light

Overview

A Charge of Light is the key item that starts the Blind Well in the Dreaming City. Deposit it in the well to begin; the tier (I to III) sets the number of Heralds of the Plague and loot quality.

Acquisition

Buy from Petra Venj or find randomly in the Dreaming City. An Unstable Charge of Light starts the Heroic version and can only be used briefly after finishing Tier III. Depositing a non-Unstable charge gives the Touch of the Deep debuff.
