Cloak of the Taken King

Overview

Class item (cloak) for Hunters and part of the Taken King (armor set), added with Season of the Deep in 2023. It goes with the Hunter Mask of the Taken King, Vest of the Taken King, Grasps of the Taken King and Strides of the Taken King to make a full class set.

The set's 2-piece bonus, The Ceremony, starts a Lucent Hive ritual when you finish combatants or revive allies, raising Super stat while it runs. The 4-piece bonus, Lucent Swarm, extends the ritual when you collect Orbs of Power, and ability final blows occasionally spawn allied Arc moths.

Acquisition

Drops from the Ghosts of the Deep dungeon, which needs the Lightfall Dungeon Key to launch. Guides disagree on which encounter drops which pieces. The final encounter, Simmumah ur-Nokru, can also drop armor from earlier encounters. No craftable or Adept version has been reported.
