Cluster Bombs

Cluster Bombs is a Perk 2 option on Roar of the Bear, a Solar Rocket Launcher. Its secondary blasts can deal significant damage to enemies grouped together, and can finish off a target that survives the first explosion. Roar of the Bear's double-damage perks are unusual for a Rocket Launcher, and Cluster Bombs works with that double damage.

In PvP it is the recommended Perk 2 on the god roll. The suggested build uses a Quick Launch barrel, High-Velocity Rounds magazine, Impulse Amplifier as Perk 1 and a Velocity masterwork.

In PvE it is a secondary Perk 2 option behind Reaper's Tithe, with Bipod also listed. The suggested build uses a Quick Launch barrel, Impact Casing magazine, Explosive Light as Perk 1 and a Velocity masterwork.
