Mission Cocoon

Mission Cocoon is the opening Story mission of Season of the Lost (launched August 24, 2021), for 1-3 players in The Dreaming City. It is not vaulted, though seasonal content may rotate.

Overview

Players load into the mission automatically at season start. Saint-14 asks the Guardian to help find Osiris and learn his part in Lakshmi-2's failed coup. Recommended power is 1150.

Encounters

1. Fight through Hive from Xivu Arath's Horde and enter the Ascendant Realm to take on Taken.
2. Named bosses include Kelgorath, Risen from Bones, plus Rhungatt, H'Kullna and Zruhh.
3. Twist: "Osiris" is revealed to be Savathûn in disguise; Mara Sov traps her in a crystalline cocoon and proposes an alliance to find the real Osiris.

Rewards

Mara directs you to collect the seasonal artifact, the Wayfinder's Compass; next the Wayfinder's Voyage begins at the H.E.L.M..
