Triumph from Season of the Risen: spend Psychogenic Intel to decode the Runic Chest at the end of Legend PsiOps Battlegrounds. Shacknews notes it is not one of the ten triumphs required for the Risen seal.

Stock up on Psychogenic Intel: 500 opens one Runic Chest. It comes from activities, Throne World campaign missions, and some enemy kills; the Tusked Allegiance armor Uniformed Officer perk and the War Table Throne World Surveillance upgrade boost it. Since Season of the Haunted you need the Legacy: Synaptic Spear heirloom to keep earning it.
Finish a Legend PsiOps Battlegrounds mission and spend the Intel at the Runic Chest at the end.
