History of Composite Propellant

Overview

Composite Propellant is the intrinsic on Dragon's Breath, an Exotic rocket launcher. The launcher builds fuel while it sits unfired, up to five stacks (light.gg, mid-2026: one stack every six seconds, with a short cooldown after each shot). The next rocket carries that fuel. Rockets stick to what they hit and release incendiary pools that apply Scorch. At full stacks the rocket leaves a napalm trail that applies more Scorch.

Sources treat it as an area-damage tool: the fuel is good at clearing groups and burning Staggered Unstoppable Champions, and a poor fit for boss damage. High Octane is the weapon's other exotic perk. The Pyromancer catalyst speeds up fuel regeneration.
