Compression Blast

Compression Blast is the short-ranged charged attack of the Cabal Magma Launcher. Charging the weapon releases a Compression Blast that knocks targets back a long distance.

The launcher is used by Incendior troops, the Cabal flamethrower infantry, who fire the blast at close range against an opponent that gets near. Because of the knockback and the damage from the exploding fuel tank, players are advised to fight Incendiors from a distance. The attack first appeared in Destiny 2.
