Conserve Momentum

Overview

Conserve Momentum is the intrinsic perk on the Exotic Merciless, an Energy Fusion Rifle. Non-lethal projectile hits make the weapon charge faster until the wielder gets a kill. Merciless was a Power weapon before Forsaken, when its slot changed.

The effect lasts until the wielder gets a kill, and it carries across weapon switches. A reload ends it, but ability-driven reloads such as Rally Barricade do not.
