Cranial Spike III

Overview

Cranial Spike III is an upgrade tier of the Cranial Spike intrinsic on the Exotic Dead Man's Tale. It is an Exotic Intrinsic Weapon Perk from Season 22.

Effect

Tier III is described as chaining precision hits granting bonus target acquisition and range. Another description of the intrinsic gives bonus damage per stack in PvE, and increased reload speed, target acquisition and range per stack in PvP, so the reported effects vary.

The Dark-Forged Trigger catalyst adds stack-based effects; at maximum stacks it raises hip-fire rate of fire by 50 and reduces damage per bullet by 20%.
