History of Cross Counter

Cross Counter is the intrinsic perk on Liar's Handshake. Using an Arc melee ability or being hit by a melee attack enables a powerful follow-up melee counterpunch that heals the user. Bungie’s October 2019 patch notes documented a fix for intermittent activation and reduced the effectiveness of stacking it with One-Two Punch.
