Dark Age Mask is the Hunter helmet of the Dark Age armor set from the Warlord's Ruin dungeon, which has a winter mountain-climbing look in keeping with the Scorn castle in the European Dead Zone.

Acquisition

Dropped by Warlord's Ruin, a dungeon released in Season of the Wish that needs Lightfall with the Annual Pass or the Lightfall Dungeon Key. One loot breakdown lists helmet dropping from the first encounter (Rathil); guides differ slightly on the exact slot split. Legendary gear in the dungeon is farmable while it is the featured dungeon.
