History of Destabilizing Rounds

Destabilizing Rounds is a Void weapon perk. Defeating a target creates a Void burst; hitting other targets with it makes them Volatile and grants Volatile Rounds briefly.

Community testing reports a 7 meter radius, 3 seconds of Volatile Rounds and 1.5 second cooldown; enhanced is 4.5 seconds. It can roll on the hand cannons Targeted Redaction and Word of Crota.
