Overview

Devoid of the Rest is a Triumph in Destiny 2 that requires the fireteam to utilize exclusively Void subclasses for all encounters within the Ghosts of the Deep dungeon. The triumph is worth 10 Triumph Score and has no associated rewards or prerequisites for acquisition. It is distinct from other dungeon triumphs in that it mandates a specific elemental specialization across the entire group rather than individual character roles.

How to complete

To earn this triumph, a fireteam of four Guardians must enter the Ghosts of the Deep dungeon. Every member of the fireteam must have a Void subclass equipped on all four of their artifact slots (Super, Ability 1, Ability 2, and Grenade/Melee) for the duration of the run. The team must successfully complete all four major encounters in the dungeon:

  1. Crypt security bypassed: The team must navigate the initial puzzle section of the dungeon. All members must maintain Void subclass equipment while solving the light-based mechanics and defeating enemies.
  2. Atraks-1 defeated: The first boss encounter requires the entire fireteam to deal damage to Atraks-1 while maintaining Void subclass slots. The Void element is required for both damage dealing and mechanic execution.
  3. Descent survived: During the mid-dungeon platforming and combat section, all players must retain their Void subclass configurations. Failure to switch subclasses during this phase will prevent the triumph from being tracked or completed.
  4. Taniks, the Abomination defeated: The final boss encounter must be completed with all fireteam members using Void subclasses. The team must defeat Taniks, the Abomination while adhering to the subclass restriction.

If any player switches to a different subclass element (Arc, Solar, Stasis, or Strand) at any point during the dungeon, the triumph will not be awarded. The requirement applies to the entire fireteam simultaneously; partial completion by a subset of the team does not count.
