Overview

Dr. Falkner is the recipient of the Introduction Letter, a 1967 letter from Dr. Annalise Meyers, lead researcher on Project BLUE DOOR, written for the Department of External Observation.

Letter

The letter says Dr. Li suggested Falkner could help, because a project called JUNCTION ADVANCE was having trouble sourcing enough Strange Matter. It asks Falkner for shielding, since Meyers expected human traversal within six months.
