Emanating Force

Emanating Force is a buff in the Rhulk encounter, the final fight of Vow of the Disciple. A Guardian holding Leeching Force who is hit by Rhulk's darkness beam converts it into Emanating Force, which cannot be passed to other Guardians.

The holder is called the Dunker and carries the buff to the pillar whose symbol matches the one the Reader identified. A wrong pillar kills the Dunker. Holding Emanating Force stops the force field from pushing the team back, and every two deposits push the force field toward Rhulk. Six deposits in the first phase start the next phase. In the second phase, an X-shaped beam converts Leeching Force, and four deposits expose Rhulk's weak points for damage.
