History of Empowered Rail

Overview

Empowered Rail is a Basic rail perk from Season 27. Imbuing the rail with paracausal energy improves the durability and effect duration of bolts.

Trade-off

It greatly increases persistence and decreases handling speed. You get longer-lasting bolt effects in exchange for slower handling, so it suits bolt weapons whose damage depends on how long the bolts keep working.

Where it rolls

It appears on Submersion, A Good Shout and Opaque Hourglass.
