History of Excavation Site XII Solo Expert

Overview

Excavation Site XII Solo Expert is a Triumph in Destiny 2. It is earned by completing the Excavation Site XII Lost Sector on Expert difficulty with no other players in the fireteam. It awards 5 score. The Master counterpart is Excavation Site XII Solo Mastery.

How to complete

The Lost Sector is on Earth in the European Dead Zone, at Firebase Hades.

1. Enter the Lost Sector on Expert difficulty and go solo, with no fireteam members.
2. Bring a build that can stun and break Unstoppable Champions. Riptide with Chill Clip can freeze and stun them.
3. Kill the Barrier Champion before it uses its barrier, using a grenade and a heavy weapon together.
4. On the higher difficulties, extra revives come from defeating Champions, so keep the Champions in mind as you go.
5. In the cave, kill the Legionaries while the Unstoppable Incendior is stunned, then stun the Incendior when its antlers glow red and finish it with a heavy.
6. On the bridge, do not kill the non-Champion enemies. Killing enough of them spawns the boss and its allies.
7. Break the Colossus boss's Arc shield, and take cover during its rocket barrages.

The sources reviewed describe the Legend and Master versions in detail, so the route above follows the same Lost Sector.

Rewards

• The Lost Sector chest after the boss.
