Exotic fish

The Exotic fish are four rare catches from the fishing ponds in Season of the Deep. They are caught with Bait, which can be earned from seasonal activities, Strikes, Gambit, Crucible, Patrols, Public Events and collecting planetary resources. Bait can be held up to 500, and the fish are rare enough that carrying at least 100 per fish is advisable.

Catches

• Whispering Mothcarp: caught in Miasma on Savathûn's Throne World. Tied to the Wicked Implement scout rifle, as the first of the three fish.
• Vexing Placoderm: caught in The Cistern on Nessus. Tied to the Wicked Implement, as the second fish. Its pond is electrified, so standing in the water deals damage over time.
• Aeonian Alpha-Betta: caught in the Outskirts of the European Dead Zone. Tied to the Wicked Implement, as the final fish.
• Kheprian Axehead: caught in the fishing ponds on all three planets. It is not tied to the Wicked Implement. If a Public Event shuts down the pond on your current planet, it can be caught on another one.

Rewards

Deposit each fish in the H.E.L.M. aquarium. The three Wicked Implement fish each give a Broken Blade, and the Kheprian Axehead gives an Exotic weapon or armor roll. Catching all four earns the Exotic Angler triumph and the Pond Pals emblem.
