Eyes on All

Overview

Eyes on All is the intrinsic on Eyes of Tomorrow, a Rocket Launcher. The launcher tracks several enemies at once and fires a volley of homing rockets, each locked to its own target. If only one target is present, such as a boss, every rocket hits that target.

The companion trait, Adaptive Ordnance, rewards clearing groups: defeating several combatants in a single volley boosts the next volley.

Usage

Heavy weapons are usually picked for bosses and tough enemies, so this perk gets the most use when clearing groups of smaller enemies.
