History of Fail-deadly

Overview

Fail-deadly is a basic Origin Trait and Weapon Perk added in Season 29. Each hit you deal adds to a stacking bonus to magazine size, target acquisition and range. The bonus lasts until your next final blow with that weapon, then resets.

Where it appears

It rolls on Pluperfect, Pyroclastic Flow, Temporal Clause, The Deicide, Trophy Hunter and True Prophecy.

Use

It suits weapons used for long sustained fire, since the bonus keeps building until you finish a target. Focused Fury also rewards sustained damage, but it is based on precision hits rather than any hit.
