History of Focused Fire

Overview

Focused Fire is the Exotic Catalyst perk for Cerberus+1, an Exotic auto rifle. Holding reload switches the weapon to a tighter, close-ranged spread.

Catalyst

The Cerberus+1 Catalyst is the upgrade item that enables the perk. Sources disagree on how it drops. The catalyst page on the Destiny 2 Wiki (last edited January 2020, listed as Season 8 content, so possibly outdated) says it drops randomly from non-Guardian enemies anywhere in the system. Another source links it to ritual activities such as Vanguard Ops, Crucible and Gambit.

The catalyst's upgrade is unlocked by defeating 500 enemies with Cerberus+1.
