History of Fusion Rifle Aptitude

Overview

Fusion Rifle Aptitude is a Triumph in Destiny 2 on the Deadeye seal. It asks you to defeat combatants with Fusion Rifles. Its sibling, Linear Fusion Rifle Aptitude, counts only Linear Fusion Rifles.

How to complete

1. Equip any Fusion Rifle and get kills in any activity, PvE or PvP. The kills count with any Fusion Rifle.
2. Farm the kills where they are quickest. Fusion Rifles are good against groups of enemies, so pick activities with many combatants.
3. A 2023 guide gives a total of 500 combatant kills with Fusion Rifles. Another guide lists no kill total, so check the in-game progress bar for the current count.
4. Jötunn is recommended in one guide for PvE or PvP kill farming.

Completing the triumph gives Fusion Rifle loot, Season Pass XP and progress toward the Deadeye seal.
