Grasp of Avarice Solo Flawless

Overview

Grasp of Avarice Solo Flawless is a Triumph in Destiny 2. It is earned by completing every encounter in Grasp of Avarice alone, without dying and without leaving the activity. It awards 15 triumph score.

The emblem tied to the solo flawless clear is Piratical Ambitions. The dungeon is in the Cosmodrome at Skywatch and was added with the Bungie 30th Anniversary Pack.

How to complete

1. Enter the dungeon alone and do not accept any joins. Any death or leaving the activity fails the run.
2. Phry'zhia the Insatiable: clear the centre and the Scorch Vandal first. Do one room at a time, deposit right away, and stay on hard cover during the damage phase.
3. Sparrow section: this is the most common place to die. Take the four timed mines in order, A to D, and resummon a sparrow before it breaks.
4. Trap rooms: test each doorway and floor plate from safe ground. Treat every trap as its own encounter, stop and confirm your orientation before moving.
5. Fallen Shield: clear the landing area from range, then verify your aim twice before firing the shell.
6. Captain Avarokk: kill both lieutenants every cycle and collect one or two zones per trip.
7. Reset safely rather than improvising when unsure of a mechanic state. A safe reset costs less than a death.

Tips

• Practise one consistent route. Route consistency matters more than which sparrow you use.
• Launcher orientation and servitor handling are the key parts of the Fallen Shield ball-pushing encounter.
