History of Ground Troops

Overview

Ground Troops is a Triumph in Destiny 2 set in the Dreaming City. Its objective is to patrol with the Corsairs of the Dreaming City.

How to complete

1. Travel to the Dreaming City. Corsairs are fallen Awoken soldiers, and the Corsair Down bounty is the route that leads to them.
2. Complete a patrol with the Corsairs to progress the triumph.

Corsair Down is obtained by defeating Scorn in the Dreaming City, and only one can be held at a time. Following it leads to a dead Corsair's body in one of six areas: Spine of Keres, Bay of Drowned Wishes, Gardens of Esila, Chamber of Starlight, Harbinger's Seclude and Aphelion's Rest. Finding the body triggers an ambush, and defeating the enemy awards a Corsair Badge. Badges are turned in to a Corsair NPC at any Corsair outpost, such as the one in Divalian Mists. Corpses have been reported as bugged since Beyond Light; leaving and re-entering the zone, or leaving the Dreaming City and returning, is the suggested fix.

Rewards
