History of Gunsmith's Devotion Crown

Overview

Gunsmith's Devotion Crown is the helmet piece of the Legendary Warlock armor set Gunsmith's Devotion, a Helmet (see Armor). The full five-piece set is Crown, Gloves, Robes, Boots and Bond, and each piece carries a lore line attributed to H. Meyrin about the Black Armory weapons trade and preparing for the unknown. This piece: "The human condition pushes us. Moves us. We fight because we love."

The set

Gunsmith's Devotion is the Warlock set from the Scourge of the Past raid, released in Season of the Forge (the raid is set in the Last City and ends with Insurrection Prime). The Hunter and Titan raid sets are Bladesmith's Memory and Bulletsmith's Ire.

Acquisition

Dropped by Scourge of the Past, a Black Armory-themed raid. The raid was sunset on November 10, 2020, per Destinypedia; check the current game for whether the set is still earnable.
