Hall of Wisdom

Overview

The Hall of Wisdom is a private area in the Hellmouth in the Ocean of Storms on the Moon, first seen in the original Destiny. It returned in House of Wolves and the April Update, where its enemies were Blood of Oryx and House of Wolves forces, alongside Hive, Fallen and Taken.

In Shadowkeep it holds the Hidden Swarm, a Hive sect that guards the Hellmouth. In Season of the Hunt its enemies became Xivu Arath's Horde. An Unstoppable Ogre champion sometimes spawns here; defeating it drops a chest with Rare gear. It is also where you find the Necromantic Strand for Essence of Brutality.
