History of Heirloom

Heirloom is an Exotic Solar Combat Bow (Energy slot) from the Equilibrium dungeon, introduced in Destiny 2: Renegades. It is reportedly inspired by the Wookiee Bowcaster.

Overview

Intrinsic perk: Bolt Thrower fires high-powered explosive Solar bolts and is strong against Unstoppable Champions. Destinypedia lists traits Big Game Hunter (ADS charges bolts for more damage and area), Ultralight Rail and Light Heatsink; the Destiny Game Wiki lists different trait names (Bullwhacker, Short-Action Stock), so perk naming may differ by version.

Acquisition

Obtained in the Equilibrium dungeon. The quest Early Adopter is linked to this item in the wiki database; I could not confirm its details from the sources I opened.

Catalyst

Destinypedia: complete the quest "The Way Between", then finish the dungeon with the catalyst attunement selected. Direct hits with charged shots apply Scorch and deal extra damage to scorched targets. The Destiny Game Wiki's page did not list a catalyst.
