Heroic Strikes

Overview

Heroic Strikes is a Season 2 quest. Players complete three Heroic strikes (launchable from the Heroic Strikes Playlist) and then speak to Zavala in the Last City. It rewards Legendary gear.

Rasputin Key Fragments

Heroic strikes are one source of Rasputin Key Fragments, which give 1 to 2 fragments per completion. Seven fragments are traded to Ana Bray on Mars for an Encrypted Cache Key. Clearing seven waves of Escalation Protocol lights its segments and converts it into a Decrypted Cache Key, which opens the wave 7 boss chest. Mars has since entered the Destiny Content Vault, so this trade is no longer possible.
