Hex of Vengeful Corruption

The '''Hex of Vengeful Corruption''' is a debuff from the Warlord's Ruin boss fight against Hefnd's Vengeance, the Blighted Chimaera. Guardians receive it when they begin cleansing totems, and Corrupted Hex-Drinkers spawn shortly after.

The debuff counts down, and the Guardian dies if it reaches zero. Melee on a Corrupted Hex-Drinker transfers the Hex to it, and the Hex-Drinker dies if the timer reaches zero on it. If a Hex-Drinker melees the Guardian first, the Hex returns to the Guardian. Players usually hold the Hex until the timer is low, then transfer it and move away.

Reported durations range from 15 seconds (2022) to 17 seconds.
