History of High-Caliber Rounds

Overview

High-Caliber Rounds is a Magazine perk. Shots from the weapon knock targets back farther, make hits more likely to stagger enemies, and grant +5 Range. The knockback helps keep fast or close-in enemies at a distance while you keep shooting.

Where it rolls

It is one of the most widely available magazine perks. It rolls on Auto Rifles, Hand Cannons, Pulse Rifles, Scout Rifles, Shotguns, Sniper Rifles, Submachine Guns and Sidearms. Examples include Scathelocke, Imset HC4, Cadenza-43, MIDA Multi-Tool, Requiem-43 and Show of Force.

Comparison

High-Caliber Rounds is always active. Conditional perks such as Keep Away only work when enemies are not close, so they are a different kind of bonus. The range bonus here is small, and the knockback is the main effect.
