High Celebrant of Xivu Arath

The High Celebrant of Xivu Arath was an Ascendant Hive Knight who served Xivu Arath, God of War, as her envoy in the Sol System after Savathûn went into hiding. The Celebrant oversaw the creation of Wrathborn using Cryptoliths on the Moon, the Tangled Shore and the Dreaming City. Those Cryptoliths also turned Fallen, Cabal and other Hive broods into worshippers of Xivu Arath.

The Celebrant tried to sacrifice Osiris to Xivu Arath and later hunted Savathûn, who was disguised as Osiris. After escaping into the Ascendant Realm, it was located in the Dreaming City by Crow about eight weeks later. The Guardian and Crow lured it out with the Cryptolith Lure at Harbinger's Seclude, and the Guardian killed it after a chase through the Ascendant Plane, during the Hunt for the Wrathborn.
