IV. Guardian Angels

Overview

IV. Guardian Angels is a Triumph in Destiny 2 tied to chapter IV of the lore book From the Front, added with Season of the Chosen in February 2021. The chapter is told in the third person from Crow's perspective, with dialogue from his Ghost.

Lore chapter

Crow watches Commander Zavala from a distance with his sniper rifle, looking for unusual transmat signatures or cloaking tech. Glint wants a disguise shell, but Crow insists he needs one because the job is reconnaissance, not infiltration. At night the pair sneak into the Tower to act as the commander's unseen bodyguards. Crow reflects on the Hunter cloak that Glint chose and Osiris gave him, and agrees to get Glint a disguise once Zavala is safe. He bristles at Lord Saladin's distrust, while Glint insists the Guardian will eventually win the Iron Lord over.
