Intercepted Call

Overview

Intercepted Call is a Triumph in Destiny 2 set in the European Dead Zone (EDZ). You must defeat 20 combatants while riding an Interceptor, the single-seat Cabal hovercraft. The triumph is claimed at the Monument of Triumph.

How to complete

To complete this triumph, players must use an Interceptor vehicle to eliminate enemies. The targets must be defeated within the European Dead Zone (EDZ). A total of 20 targets must be defeated to satisfy the objective.

1. Find an Interceptor. Firebase Hades in the Sunken Isles is the most reliable spot, with vehicles on the roads and in the tunnels beneath the base. Winding Cove and The Gulch are backups.
2. Take it before it is lost. Defeat the Cabal pilot and enter the Interceptor. Unattended ones can despawn or be destroyed. Some arrive already damaged, so if yours is nearly destroyed, find another.
3. Use Public Events. An enemy riding an Interceptor may spawn during a Sunken Isles Public Event.
4. Check the EDZ state. An EDZ Disruption, shown as a red icon over public events on the map, can sharply reduce Interceptor spawns. If none appear, come back later or switch instances.
5. Get the kills from the vehicle. Stay near enemy spawns and drop ships, where enemies arrive in groups, and use the Interceptor's weapons.
6. Leave spare Interceptors alone. Don't destroy one you aren't using, since other players may need it for this triumph.
