Isolated Incidents

Isolated Incidents is the second entry in the Polyphony lore book, added with The Final Shape on 18 June 2024. It is a collection of field reports from Nessus about Vex with glowing collars, mantles or symbols around their necks.

The reports describe collared Vex fleeing instead of attacking, a collared Minotaur leaking data before it dumped itself into Radiolaria, and collared Goblins moving in formation under a collarless Precursor. The entry does not explain what the collars are or do.
